What happens next
The Nodal Officer for digital accessibility, Vishakha Chavan (Compliance Officer), reviews every report. We confirm receipt with a reference number within 2 working days and aim to resolve the issue within 15 days.
If your issue is not resolved within 15 days, you can escalate to Vishakha Chavan, Compliance Officer, at vc@itigo.in, or lodge a complaint with SEBI on SCORES (opens external site). The full process is in our accessibility statement.
