Grievance redressal
AIFs must redress investor complaints in a timely manner. ITI Growth Opportunities Fund maintains a procedure for resolving disputes between investors and the fund, its manager or its sponsor, through arbitration or another mechanism agreed with investors.
Investors can also approach SEBI through the SCORES platform (opens external site). On receipt of a complaint, SEBI takes the matter up with the fund. Complaints can also be sent to the Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, G Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai 400051.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through us or SCORES, you can start online conciliation and, if needed, arbitration on the SMART ODR portal (opens external site), under SEBI's master circular on online resolution of disputes in the Indian securities market (SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-3/P/CIR/2023/195 dated 31 July 2023, as updated). The portal is free to start and works online end to end.
