What we collect through this website, why, who can see it, how long we keep it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you send it to us through a form or by email:
- Pitch form: your name, email, phone number, company, website, LinkedIn profile, stage, and the deck and description you send.
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number, organisation, the type of enquiry and your message, and any support you ask for, including support related to a disability if you choose to tell us.
- Accessibility report form: your name, email, phone number, how you want us to contact you, the page and problem you describe, and the assistive technology you use if you tell us.
This website does not set cookies, run analytics or track you across other sites.
Why we use it
We use your details only to read and respond to what you sent: to assess a pitch, answer an enquiry, or resolve an accessibility report and keep a record of how we resolved it. We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on each form. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
Who can see it
The ITI Growth Opportunities Fund team, and the service providers that host this website and deliver its email, who process the data only on our instructions. We share data with a regulator or authority only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep pitches and enquiries for up to three years after our last contact with you, and then delete them. Records of accessibility complaints and investor grievances are kept for as long as SEBI rules require.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent at any time, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
Contact and grievances
Write to our grievance officer, Vishakha Chavan (Compliance Officer), at vc@itigo.in. We will respond within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
