Mohit is currently the Managing Partner and CIO at ITI Growth Opportunities Fund. Mohit’s interest in Venture Capital stems from the passion he has for helping entrepreneurs build sustainability large-scale business ground-up.

Mohit has over 13 years of global experience in Alternative Asset Management. He started his Career at Kelusa Capital, a Singapore based Tiger Cub, where he honed his repertoire at long-short investments. He later transitioned to the Institutional Equities Desk at Antique Finance. Subsequently, he moved to early-stage investing with his venture – Oliphans Capital, wherein he was the earliest backer of two-dozen plus startups including ECOM Express, Grab.in, Healthifyme, 1MG, Wigzo, HumorMe and others. Mohit is an engineering graduate from Pune University and has a PGDM from IIT Bombay.

He is an adjunct professor and teaches Venture Capital & Startup at NMIMS and was voted as “40 under 40 Alternative Investment Professionals” in India by Equalify. He loves single-malts, scuba diving and photography but off-late his free time is devoted to being a dad to a young son and four legged furry.

Bina is a Partner at ITI Growth Opportunities Fund. A CA by training with early stints at PWC and CRISIL, Bina immersed herself in the alternate asset investment game in the 90s, starting off at Indocean Chase, a JP Morgan Chase sponsored PE fund, wherein she oversaw deployment of $120M across multiple transactions.

Subsequently, she had a decade-long stint at IL&FS Investment Managers as a Managing Partner where her function spanned across the entire cycle of fundraising, investing, restructuring and exits. Bina brings in 20+ years of operating, turnaround, and Investment experience across economic & business cycles.

Bina has completed her graduation from Mumbai University and is a Chartered Accountant, and an avid art enthusiast in her leisure time.

Snehal has been with the fund since its inception and focuses on consumer tech, enterprise / SaaS, ed-tech, healthcare and clean tech. Her duties range from deal sourcing, deal execution to portfolio management.

Before joining ITI, Snehal worked at Steer Advisors, an investment banking firm and BDO India in their transaction advisory team.

Snehal has completed her graduation from Mumbai University and is currently pursuing her MBA from ISB. In her free time, you will find her booking flight tickets to travel the world and telling everyone around her to apply sunscreen.

Ajay leads Sales, Business Development and Investor Relation functions at ITI for Alternate Investment Funds. Prior to joining ITI, Ajay spearheaded the sales strategy and business development initiatives at Anand Rathi.

He has 19+ years of experience in the Indian Financial Markets and industry leading expertise in Investment Products, Advisory, Wealth Management, Asset Allocation, HNI Client Relationships and Fundraising.

He has pursued PGDM – Finance from Symbiosis Institute and completed his graduation from Mumbai University. Outside of work, Ajay has a strong interest in Music and is an avid reader.

Meet is part of the investment team and his function spans across building investment theses, conducting diligences, sourcing new companies and portfolio support. He is particularly keen on deep-tech ventures across Artificial Intelligence, Aerospace & Defence, Blockchain, Robotics and Fintech. He also provides support for tech transformation to portfolio companies.

Meet is an IT engineering graduate from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology and a CFA Level 2 candidate. You might catch him engrossed in thought with his earphones in, tuned into podcasts, occasionally requiring a friendly reminder to bring him back to the conversation. Outside of work, you will find him on a football field or planning a backpacking trip.

Aayushi focuses on early-stage investments and looks into all aspects from sourcing to deal execution and portfolio management. She focuses on consumer tech, health tech, B2B marketplaces, climate tech, and sustainability.

Prior to joining ITI, Aayushi worked in investment banking with MGB Advisors, Singhi Advisors, and Equirus Capital, having exposure across different sectors like healthcare, consumer, e-commerce marketplaces, pharma, insurance, and tech.

She has completed her CFA Level 1 and holds a Master of Science in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Outside work, Aayushi is a yoga enthusiast who enjoys cultural and culinary experiences.

Bhoomika Virmani oversees all aspects of firm-wide operations. With a wealth of experience, including her tenure at MUFG Investor Services in Dublin, Ireland, Bhoomika possesses a robust background in fund operations processes.

She holds a Master of Science in Finance from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Beyond her professional pursuits, Bhoomika finds joy in exploring new destinations and actively engaging in adventure sports.
